In the app: open Milan, go to Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your profile, photos, matches, messages, posts and comments are deleted straight away.
Without the app: email hello@milandating.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
We keep a small amount of information only where we must for safety or legal reasons (for example, records of accounts banned for abuse), as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription, so cancel that in your store account settings.
